Within 24hours of purchase, you will receive an email from the LAX team with confirmation of your order. You will receive a tracking number when your parcel has been sent.

Domestic shipping: Free over 399 NIS

Central district - up to 7 working days.

Rest of the country  - up to 12 working days. 

International shipping:

Free over 1,000 NIS.

Up to 25 working days.  

Return Policy

Please contact Lax before returning any items.

We happily offer a 14 day exchange/refund policy on all online purchases. 

We ask you to treat the product and its packaging with care. The product must be in its original condition. If the product is used or ruined the product shall not be refunded.  All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. We request that shoes be returned in the same box they were delivered in, and that the shoe box be protected. 

We recommend that a Postal Tracking Service be used to return goods and that a tracking number be provided. The parcel should be clearly marked "RETURNED GOODS" in order to avoid any unnecessary Customs' charges. LAX is NOT responsible any charges incurred.  Additional charges are the liability of the customer.

Only upon receipt of the returned goods can an exchange/refund be processed.

Exchange/refund will include LAX delivery costs and exclude the delivery costs of returned items.

Exchange/refund is offered at the discretion of the seller.

Unclaimed Packages

LAX reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs of any unclaimed packages.

Local Taxes and fees
Any local taxes or fees enforced by the local authorities  will be covered by the customer.  Please check with your local Customs and Trade authorities regarding additional charges prior to placing an order.

If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE shipping please notify us in writing immediately. Your payment will be refunded in full.

Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.


Your new pair of shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain the size and fit are correct for you.
If you wish to exchange a product please notify us in writing.
You will be required to return the original product before we can authorize an exchange. 
Exchange/refund will include LAX delivery costs and exclude the delivery costs of returned items.

Faulty Items

All items pass quality control before they are dispatched to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or you are dissatisfied with the product you receive please notify us immediately upon receipt of the product.

Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.

Please note that items which are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. 

Additional Policies and FAQs Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible items featured on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color will be completely accurate.
