Delivery

Within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive an email from the LAX team confirming your order. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Free shipping on orders over 399 NIS

Central District: Up to 7 working days

Rest of the country: Up to 12 working days

International Shipping

Free shipping on orders over 1,000 NIS (delivery within up to 25 working days)

Orders under 1,000 NIS: Delivery fees vary by destination


Return Policy

Before returning any items, please contact LAX.

We offer a 14-day exchange/refund policy on all online purchases.

The product and its packaging must be handled with care and returned in original condition.

In case of a return, the customer may choose either a refund to the original payment method with a return fee deducted, or full store credit with no return fee for future use on our website. Returns are accepted only for unworn items in their original packaging, excluding final-sale items.

Used or damaged products will not be eligible for a refund.Shoes must be tried on only on a carpeted surface before wear.

Items must be returned in their original shoe box, with the shoe box protected during shipping.

We recommend using a postal tracking service when returning goods and providing a tracking number. The parcel must be clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

LAX is not responsible for any customs or additional fees incurred on returned goods. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds/exchanges include LAX’s delivery costs but do not include the return shipping fees paid by the customer.

All refunds/exchanges are subject to LAX's discretion.

Unclaimed Packages

LAX reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs for any unclaimed packages.


Local Taxes & Fees

Customers are responsible for any local taxes or fees imposed by authorities. Please check with your local customs office regarding additional charges before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please notify us in writing immediately. A full refund will be issued.

After Shipping: Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been dispatched.


Discount Policy

During special sales or promotional events, multiple discounts or promotions may not be combined. Only one offer may be applied per purchase, unless stated otherwise.


Sales & Promotional Offers

From time to time, LAX may offer promotional discounts, seasonal sales, limited-time offers, and special campaigns (“Promotions”).

General Terms

Promotions are valid only during the time period specified and while stocks last.
All discounts apply strictly within the specific dates stated in the Promotion details. Purchases made before the official start date of a Promotion are not eligible for the discounted price, and no claims, refunds, credits, or price adjustments will be granted for such purchases.

LAX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discount codes, or store credits.

Eligibility

Promotions may apply only to selected items, collections, or categories, as specified in the campaign details. Certain products, including limited-edition items or final-sale items, may be excluded.

LAX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where a Promotion has been applied incorrectly due to a technical error or misuse.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased prior to the start of a Promotion or after it has ended.

Abuse of Promotions

LAX reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or revoke Promotions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.


Exchange Policy

Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to ensure the correct size and fit.

If you wish to exchange a product, please notify us in writing.

The original product must be returned before an exchange is authorized.

Exchanges/refunds include LAX’s delivery costs but exclude return shipping costs.

Faulty Items

All items undergo quality control before being dispatched.

If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase.

Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Whenever possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
